You’d never guess from Neil’s dancing (featured in this once-seen-never-forgotten video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kzaAGPAbHM4 ) that he is 38 years old this Sunday. We celebrated two days early, presenting him with a limited edition chocolate and sponge sculpture by the Create-a-Cake team, Louise and Alfie. Curiously, not all of the KitKats and Smarties originally allotted to decorate it actually materialised on the final cake,  but that was no doubt a purely aesthetic decision by the chefs.
 
Neil received a lovely lion plate and a special exercise water bottle. Which item comes in for more use depends on what lies closest to Neil’s fickle heart: Fairy cakes or 5K runs? Pies or push-ups?

The other important event of the moment is the Big Pig music festival, which runs from next Friday evening through till Sunday evening. We’ve even got our ‘Pig Mobile’ ready for the event. After so much preparation, we just can’t wait!
